Hekmat Aluminum started its journey in 1968 with a bold vision and limited resources, manufacturing aluminum doors and windows in a small workshop. Since then, the company has grown by successfully completing numerous projects and providing exceptional services to its customers.
In 1981, we proudly introduced our first exclusive design, marking a milestone in Iran’s aluminum industry. Today, with cutting-edge machinery and over 30 advanced systems—from aluminum profiles to UPVC doors and windows—we set the standard for quality and innovation in our products.

Production Process:

- Profiles are cooled, stretched for strength, and cut to specific lengths.
- Heat Treatment: Enhances mechanical properties through tempering, hardening, or annealing.
- Finishing: Surface treatments like anodizing or powder coating improve corrosion resistance and appearance.

- Surface Preparation Line for Anodizing and Static Coating: Ensuring superior surface quality and enhanced durability.
- Electrostatic Powder Coating Unit: Powered by Sames technology from France, with a monthly production capacity of 500 tons in a single shift.
