At Hekmat Aluminum, our production unit stands as a testament to over 50 years of innovation, expertise, and precision engineering in the aluminum industry. With cutting-edge technology, high-capacity machinery, and a highly skilled workforce, we ensure the production of premium-quality aluminum profiles that meet international standards.
State-of-the-Art Machinery & Production Capacity
Our facility is equipped with an advanced 8-inch extrusion press featuring a 2,500-ton capacity, enabling the production of approximately 100 tons per month in a single shift. To ensure precision and consistency in production, the process is supported by a fully automated 42-meter cooling table, optimizing the handling and cooling of extruded profiles.
In addition to extrusion, we have incorporated electrostatic powder coating technology from Sames, France, providing a high-quality finish with superior durability. Our coating unit has a production capacity of 500 tons per month, allowing us to offer a wide range of colors and textures tailored to customer needs.

- Surface Preparation & Anodizing Line – Enhancing corrosion resistance and durability with premium anodizing treatments.
- Electrostatic Powder Coating Unit – Utilizing advanced Sames technology to provide uniform and long-lasting color coatings.
- Decorative Coating Line (Woodgrain & Special Finishes) – Delivering aesthetically appealing profiles with 100 tons per month capacity.
- Packaging & Labeling Line – Ensuring secure, professional, and damage-free product delivery.
