Lift & Slide System
Designers who prefer large-scale Lift & Slide doors and windows for a modern, glass-dominant aesthetic can benefit from the “Lift & Slide” window system. This system is available in three configurations:
- Mono Rail
- Double Rail
- Triple Rail
Each type is designed for specific sizes, and the opening mechanisms vary accordingly.
Mono Rail System
In this system, the window opening is limited to two door panels, with the fixed glass panel placed directly onto the frame. Compared to other Lift & Slide systems, the Mono Rail is a more cost-effective solution. Since only the opening section requires a door sash profile while the fixed glass is integrated into the frame, this system has a slimmer design, making it both aesthetically refined and economically advantageous.
Lift & Slide doors and windows are ideal for designers who prefer minimal framing, maximizing the glass surface for a sleek and elegant appearance. Additionally, due to the reduced use of door sashes, this system offers superior insulation against noise and dust.

To enhance durability and extend the lifespan of our windows, we used ROTO hardware, a renowned German brand, in the Engineer Zarrin project.
